Damage & Deposit
A $250 refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Creators are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.
Identification
A valid driver's license and credit card with a matching name are required for all bookings and equipment rentals. A copy will be kept on file for the duration of the rental. Any theft or damage to the space or gear will be fully prosecuted.

No. PHX CREATOR SPACE operates as a self-service studio. Creators should arrive ready to operate their equipment and manage their production.
Yes. Professional lighting packages are available to add to your booking — including Aputure cinema lighting, RGB panel lighting, and RGB tube lighting. Rent more than one lighting package and receive 20% off additional lighting rentals.
Yes. Lighting rentals are intended for creators who are already comfortable using professional lighting gear. Staff are not onsite to provide setup assistance or training.
A $250 refundable deposit secures your booking and protects the studio and equipment. The deposit is returned after the booking once the space and gear are confirmed to be in the same condition they were provided.
To complete a booking you'll need a valid government-issued ID and a credit card with a matching name. This information may be kept on file for the duration of the rental.
Creators are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment during their rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit or billed if they exceed the deposit amount.
Yes. Please return all equipment and furniture to the same location and configuration it was in when you arrived. Lights returned to their stands, cables coiled neatly, gear placed where it was stored. Leave the space ready for the next creator.
